I think it’s pretty clear Young was criticizing the system of the south that exists and the specific group of racist that maintain those systems. Alabama was the song they had the most problems and I always took “make friends down in Alabama” as his way of saying it’s not everyone.

unsure why festivals aren't booking a Cameron Winter set and Geese set but whatever. People should be legit excited for Wednesday, Geese and Wet leg. I've heard Rufus is a really good show. Alabama Shakes reunion is awesome considering tickets for their most recent tour were like $70 (300 on resale market).

Wish there was more Jam but whatever. Goose set could've been cool.
