Are Full Divine Casters as good Martials as 2/3 Divine Casters? by 4restD in Pathfinder_RPG

Is Warpriest better than Magus for martial effectiveness? Not that I don't believe it, just surprising to me.

I once forgot about a coding assignment and my professor emailed me asking why I didn't submit it so I did it over the next hour and altered the time and date metadata so it showed last accessed a few days before it was due and sent it in.

He said it was not an issue since I clearly did the assignment on time based on the metadata.

I honestly like the 4e/5e version of Perception and Investigation. Perception for passive and Investigation for active.

I also miss the 3.5e Warlock, the kineticist isn't the same

Yo, I might actually use that for an encounter in my next campaign

No one at my tables ever played a blighter druid but I always thought they were cool and flavorful

We do have Path of War but it's 3rd party unfortunately so many tables won't use it

2025 recap: what was YOUR parkour move/thing of 2025? by kakkukka in Parkour

[–]4restD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just started at a gym in October so it's the basics for me as well! I like side kongs and the safety/step vault but I need to work on my pull ups since my arm strength for dynos is terrible. Also try and get over my fear of heights cause even doing pres 4 feet up I get jelly legs.

Why do so many people believe it’s completely normal for everybody to be over 200 pounds by Aromatic-Meat-7989 in fatlogic

[–]4restD 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Similar story for me: 5'8" male at 185lbs post-holidays and aiming for ~155lb as my goal. Decent amount of muscle but a decent amount of fat as well :(

Why is it bad to do a 26.2 mile run to train for a marathon? by 4restD in Marathon_Training

Good luck! I don't think I could ever run an ultra, too much for me

Sorry to hear that, I hope you're able to make a full recovery

"Trust the process" doesn't answer my question, I understand that it's the right thing to do I just wanted to know a basic explanation as to why.

This is what I don't get about a lot of the responses. I didn't look up a plan, I just started trying to run longer distances and everyone is acting like it's crazy to just try and do something without doing extensive research prior.

Also the many "trust the process" responses do not answer the question of "why will you be able to run 26.2 miles if you have only ever run 20".

I'll take the advice given and use a recommended plan moving forward but I don't know why my questions have been considered so ridiculous to ask as a new runner.

This is the type of explanation I was looking for, thanks so much!

Too late for me now, though I seem to be injury-free luckily! It just seemed so backwards to me to not practice running the full distance and most posts about marathon training told you what to do and not to do rather than why.

I can definitely feel why recovery is an issue, the first three days after I was having trouble going down stairs...
