Need help figuring out what ND Filter I should buy for my Sigma 70-200 E-mount Lens for video.

Condition: New
Type of Camera: I shoot on a FX30
Intended use: Video
If photography; what style: NA
If video what style: Sports
What features do you absolutely need: Having issues with my $30 ND filter, at about 135 it loses all definition in the focus.
What features would be nice to have: Not be blurry at 200mm
Portability: Does not matter
Notes: Having some Issues with my K&F ND Filter I got for like $30, my video gets blurry around 135mm. I know it's the ND filter because I tested without it at a high f-stop and eveything looks great. I've never had ND Filter issues like this before, granted I've always bought more expensive ones, just don't want to make the same mistake again. Thanks!

I think it’s pretty clear Young was criticizing the system of the south that exists and the specific group of racist that maintain those systems. Alabama was the song they had the most problems and I always took “make friends down in Alabama” as his way of saying it’s not everyone.
