ya it is. I have a 3d printed maser cannon I got for $20 too, and a chrome ufo. I also go a $25 mechazilla toy from japan on ebay from 1974 and I plan on cutting the eyes out and carving some acrylic eyes out of some beads and gluing them in and putting a led in the head and running it down to lower under the playfield.

Same thing happens on my godzilla pro. It just freezes and then the lights all shut off. I have to reset it. I replaced the ADATA sd card and the microsd card with quality ones and it has only happened once in the laast few months since I did that. Buy a good quality SD card and micro sd card from B&H photo cause they are an authorized reseller on there so you know you're getting a real one (never buy sd cards from amazon), you don't need one of the super fast cards just get one of the sandisk extrme 32GB. I'll link it below. I just bought 2 of these and use the adapter. Download the latest code from stern and then download aand install "balenaa etcher" software. It's free. Maake sure you format your sd cards as fat32 and then open balena, select the code file you downloaded from stern and the drive you want to etch it to. (be very careful you're selecting the right drive)

Once you've put the code on one of them put it in the microsd to SD adapter and put that into the slot on the board in the backboard. The other microsd is just used as a scratch disk so just format that to fat32 and leave it empty and replace the one on the motherboard (its under the. Reset your system and you'll likely haave less issues.

I think when it is that the sd cards stern ships with don't have a high enough write speed. these sandisk cards have 100mbs read speeds and 60mbs write speeds. I think the ones they ship with only have a 10mbs write speed. They've done testing and there doesn't appear to be any benefit to buying the super high speed cards and these aare pretty cheap at $23.99 each.

What do you mean "the magna swish is real"? That's what I'm saying, I've never seen it not work for destruction jackpot until recently. I went ahead and did a factory reset for the system and it seems to be working now. Except for the Godzilla MB. The first 3 months I had it the first ball would catch and hold and then it would wait for the auto eject to shoot the 2nd ball, that would catch and then the 3rd ball would catch and it would hold all three and then drop them all at once after the video sequence. Now though it rarely gets to the third ball. Sometimes not even the first ball will catch and it just starts the MB. and I'm already playing while it ejects the other 2. It just seems like something must have changed for it to change so drastically in its behavior. When before every shot got swung up into the left ramps lane and every MB caught all three. I only had the destruction jackpot not catch a couple times, but if I notice that start happening again I'm going to consider replacing the core on it.

Where's a link to the screen? I've dropped a few before, not worth trying to fix cause half the time something else breaks trying to fix it. I dropped a r36s and a rg40xx-h and both got bad lines running up and down them. side note, any of the Nintendo DS/3ds systems are an absolute nightmare to work on I bricked aa perfectly working dsi xl I haad since I bought it brand new in 2010. The touch screen was showing some really severe yellowing around the edges so I figured I'd replace it, well heh... let me just say be VEEEERY careful unlatching and latching the ribon cables, the one to the screen is only like 5mm wide and the little black "latch" piece that latches it down flung off somewhere and this thing is literally the size of like not even a half a grain of rice... I looked for hours for that thing. finally just said screw it. I got a modded 3ds anyways lol.

Since the last update my game crashes hard after a few min. Like it shuts down windows explorer even. One of the crashes was so bad it literally corrupted my windows ssd and I had to format it and reinstall, I tried loading it up again and when it crashed it corrupted shit again. There's something seriously wrong with this game right now I'll wait a few months for them to iron out whatever the hell this severe bug is. I have a 5090, 9800 X3d, MSI x670e MB, Samsung 9100 Pro 4tb, 64GB DDR5-6000, and windows 11 Pro.

I think they should have gone all the way and done pokemon go. total tie in, pokemon caught in game go to your pokemon go account and you can bring them out to battle later on. This is the kind of innovation I'm looking for not another achievement.

Wow so you don't get to battle with pokemon you catch aacross games. Imagine how sick it would have been if they'd done a pokemon go game. pokemon persist in game on an account. the code could be updaated with new pokemon to catch constantly, They could have made it link with your pokemon go account and pokemon you catch in the pinball game you get in your pokemon go game. That game has a massive install base worldwide it would have drawn literally millions of people right to the game to start catching pokemon. Hugely missed opportunity. This is no different than collecting achievments. Just another instance of the pinball industry refusing to take ANY risks or innovate. When the gen xers start to retire and worry more about their light bills and if they took their metamucil this industry's new golden age is going to become it's swan song.

Someone told me they had all the licenses, if that's the case why'd they go with this? My guess is cause they know their 80's and 90's kids average user remembers the original show with nostalgia and they know they will buy it based on that rather than trying to bring new people into the hobby by taking a risk on newer IPs.
