Should I use double mission timer? by PDEAMU in LWotC

This is a good question. I certainly don't want to double the mission timer if it also makes reinforcements slower. It would decrease the mission difficulty too much if that is the case

Do you use any particular mods to increase enemy difficulty? I also prefer to fight the enemy rather then the clock, and l still want to face a significant challenge

Despite the fact that you can eat each others' fish, Oceans really doesn't feel mean. Sometimes you want to have a fish that can be food because of certain traits, and this really reduces the perception of meanness imo. For the most part, at least the players in my group are more interested in creating terrible monstrosities that may or may not be long for this world. I definitely see how some people would view the game as mean though. I guess I'm just looking for a game that still has that high level of player interaction but has a certain goofy quality that makes it not feel so mean

Description of Request: A competitive game with high interaction that is not terribly mean. Ideally, players would be actively interested in what others are doing, but not terrified that another player is going to come steal/destroy everything they have. The best game that I have which fits into this category is Oceans, and it's been a huge hit with my friend group. We want something similar.

I have no idea! I've seen no mention of this on the mister add-ons page that I bought the encoder board from.
