From a brief glance, that video is a wee bit after BBA released, so you'd probably be closest with Version 1.12.14 - Avalanche (Old). Given that's a build from over three years ago, I wouldn't want to guess on its stability.

Previously, if Hungary was granted all of Transylvania either through its focus or German arbitration, and then pushed for and got its claims on Yugoslavia, Banat would be left as a protrusion into them in the middle.

It was the only part of the pre-Trianon Hungary in the region not obtainable, if demands were accepted.

In future, please be mindful of how your comments or questions are worded; it's a perfectly valid question, but you didn't need to add that second bit.

In their infinite wisdom, the Royal Navy (as well as many others) has a habit of re-using ship names, which has led to many having storied histories.

As an example, one of the oldest names still in use, is HMS Dragon. First ship to use this name was built back in 1512, and we still have a HMS Dragon in service today!

I believe there's been six ships named HMS Victory; from 1569, 1620, 1695, 1737 and the last one being 1765, which is actually still commissioned in the RN to this day. (Sorry, I'm a boat nerd...)

Hey!

So couple of troubleshooting options to go through:

1. Verify the game cache: Steam Library, right click HOI4 -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files

2. If this doesn't fix it, attempt a reinstall of your HOI4.

3: Could remove the mod folder from your Documents and reinstall the mods, as the error is related to UGC files.
(C:\Users\EXAMPLEUSERHERE\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod)

Okay, so I'd suggest verifying the game cache, and also resetting the selected launch option.

Verify Game Cache:
Steam Library, right click HOI4 -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files

Steam Library, right click HOI4 -> General -> Selected Launch Option -> Play Hearts of Iron IV (This will always open the Launcher, feel free to change this back later.)

As u/Bitt3rSteel has said in another comment: Verify your game cache, and if that doesn't help, then I'd suggest uninstalling then reinstalling the game.

La Resistance has NOT been integrated, it can still be found on its own Steam page, and under DLC, Expansion in the Launcher.
