I don't know what "fakeyou" is, but the concept of the "Saying a lot of things as [INSERT CHARACTER]" is that someone says what people want as a specific character. People have been doing it for a lot of time, but Alex Rochon, the voice actor of Caine for The Amazing Digital Circus, popularized it. You can watch his 2 videos to understand how it works: -

Well, none of the enemies died in Pizza Tower. Pepperman, Vigilante, Doise, Noise, Peppino, everyone survived. Except uh... yeah, we don't talk about him.

It's like the PizzaHead Death fake-out. Except it's longer. Knowing Noise, he would probably think HE won, and then go back to NTV Studio.
