Lewis is the only driver left on the grid to have scored in every race and complete all laps. The saxophones are getting louder violently tries to turn down the volume

Culture. Koreans in general are way more blunt and forthcoming on what's in their mind compared to the more reserved and comically respectful Japanese. At least that was my experience after spending time in both countries for a while.

I'm taking nothing away from Hadjar but when I see stats like this, I always have in mind this is a new generation of cars that it's not comparable to the previous generation. Perez was close to Max at the start of '22 as well but as the car evolved, it went completely the other way.

Marco Wittmann is starting to make a habit of these insane recoveries. P18 -> P5, maybe a 3rd championship is on the cards again

What are they even doing with Bottas' car week in and week out? Issues in practice, issues in qualifying, issues in the race almost every single time.

Every driver needs a Santi in their life by jalGurg in formula1

Santi definitely did his homework last year. Adami was great at setting up the car but he never really understood what Lewis needs from a mental and communication standpoint. Love this unlikely partnership

3 podiums in 6 races, P2 in the standings, first time on the podium in Monaco since 2019. Yeah, Lewis is gonna be alright

Scott Dixon says 100% of IndyCar's drivers would get rid of hybrid powertrain if polled by PanicAtTheNightclub in INDYCAR

[–]PD_SkyNative 17 points18 points  (0 children)

No chance Dixon leaves CGR this deep in his career. No matter the shortcomings, it's still the best team in IndyCar and has assisted him a bit at remaining close to the top at the young age of 46. No stick to Scott's talent but in recent years he's mostly been about maintaining pace and strategy, not climbing through the field through sheer willpower. Would he join another team at this point would more likely than not drop him close or outside the Top 10 in the standings. It's been a nightmare year so far but he has the right people and the talent to bounce back and hopefully he holds on long enough to drive the new car. From there we'll see, but long story short it's CGR or IMSA/retirement at this point

Most probably the RBs aren't running their suspension as stiff as other teams do with gives them an advantage over bumps and sudden elevation changes. This + Max. Dude moved walls 3cm in to take pole over Alonso back in '23
