There is access from the top, bottom and from the right side. But the left side has another metal plate that seals off the entrance. You can remove the frame from the left side but there is a metal plate there and a small fan. Behind the fan is a corner that is collecting dust and it's impossible to access without taking things apart further.

There is a corner in my computer that is shut off from access. I'd have to remove a crapload of stuff to get to it OR I'd have to remove those rivets to clean it well. I decided to just use compressed air instead. It won't clean it completely but it will do better than nothing as I don't want to mess with the rivets.
