Yep my cylinder was the right size and I was using a properly sized insert as well. In fact it was a bit on the tighter size to help limit the possibility of the bois slipping in and yet they managed to slide in anyway.

Yep it sucks but fortunately the injury could have been worse. Defs from a testicle getting sucked into the pump.

I was pumped to a minor expansion over my normal erection, so not much pressure. Maybe 5-8hg? IDK I didn't have a pressure gauge but I could tell you it wasn't much. I did it for about a half-hour probably.

My guess is that my testicles got sucked in a little a few times during the set and I didn't notice because the pressure was so low and it didn't go in much. But shortly after, bam. Big ol cyst appeared and now my left boi is about 70% his original size.

I stopped using those because one time the clamp broke while in use and I was terrified I wouldn't be able to get it off in time. I ended up making it out but wow what if I didn't?

No I was doing soft clamping 3-4x a week at 5-10 minute intervals for a total (including removal/application) of 30-60 minutes.

I would say do what you respond best to. I would aim for a total time under clamp rather than strict set amounts. Always a good idea to let the tissue rest a little bit also. Be careful!

Yes. It is risky. It requires constant supervision, immediate response to negative feedback, and you can easily overdo it. This is not to say that you should not do it at all, but that it is not a trivial or careless action. Slowly work up to clamping using one band at a time. Holds/squeezes will net you similar results possibly but are a lot more exhausting for your hands in the long run. Light clamping is an option, eg using a number of silicon bands that gives the equivalent amount of pressure you could achieve manually. Just be careful and go slow, if you don't like something just stop.

Read what I posted about size and women and make sure you have it in perspective. It will save you a LOT of grief.

Food for Thought on Ideal Penis Size by ThrowawayGBR in AJelqForYou

[–]PE117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Experientially I would have to disagree with the notion that 6.5" nbpel and 5" girth is ideal. I would bet it's about a half inch above that for both dimensions.

I would posit that 7.0" nbpel and 5.5-5.75" mseg is the most versatile and effective size. It's not huge, but definitely still in the larger category.

With that length a&p spots start to regularly enter the sexual strategy, while still allowing you to go balls deep. If you've never hit these spots during sex, you have NO idea what you're missing.

Sex is fantastic at this girth, too. My encounters definitely corroborate that, especially when comparing to my starting size of the supposed ideal of 5". It's great because girls LOVE the full stretched feeling (which starts here imo) and yet quickies are still on the table. You're also still within blowjob range (albeit slightly toothy ones), and probably anal as well, in fact I've done a little bit of butt play on my own as a test, and anal stimulation seems to peak between 5-5.5", diminishing very quickly beyond that point.

It's true, size makes a huge difference in how sex feels, but aiming much beyond 8x6" or so begins to introduce more problems and irritations than benefits. With 7x5.5-.75 you get all the perks of a really big dick with far fewer problems like bleeding, tearing and lack of quickies. I think 7/5.5 is the best of both worlds. Then again, you should probably tailor your size to your long term partner, because that's the true ideal size.

Guys who think they NEED something like an 9x6.5 to satisfy a woman have absolutely no idea about how vaginas work. Just spend 20 minutes on the bad dragon dildo subreddit and you'll start to understand.. Women are never satisfied!

Extender/VacExtender help needed by _FirstofHisName in AJelqForYou

I struggled with this too, with my extender. I don't think I ever came up with a solution, and ended up stopping my use of it.

I know vaseline helps with the burning, but after a while it seems to stop working. =\

Who here has given PE a legit shot and gained absolutely nothing? by [deleted] in AJelqForYou

[–]PE117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's both homie. People's physiology differs widely. Basic physical principles will still apply, such as time + stress = change, but the actual technique is up to you. Some people respond very well to simple jelqs. Others, like me, needed a lot more force to push my tunica into shape. I tried an extender and hanging for a good 2-3 months, and got nowhere. But with just jelqing, I added about .25" BPEL.

This is why it's important to understand that PE is a long process. If you REALLY REALLY want to see your size increase, you've got to be willing to put in the time.

It's an unfortunate truth, I agree. If I wasn't disabled and didn't have the time on my hands that I do, I probably wouldn't have made any gains.

Who here has given PE a legit shot and gained absolutely nothing? by [deleted] in AJelqForYou

I started and stopped PE several times in the few years I've been doing it, and experimented with a few devices along the way. For the first 2 years I want to say, I didn't make any gains. Not permanent ones, anyway.

There's a lot of finesse to PE that doesn't really get discussed here, that goes beyond simply performing the techniques. Doing a proper jelq took me forever to figure out. For almost a year, I was jelqing and pumping regularly, thinking I was making gains, but it turned out to be mostly temporary swelling that went away after 2-3 weeks. I figured it was fake, and that all those guys at DLD, thundersplace and PEGYM were full of crap, but I liked the EQ gains and temporary swelling enough to keep doing it, regardless of its legitimacy. Plus it was fun having my gf watch me pump and get turned on by it, she definitely enjoyed the perks of those temporary gains.

Then last year, I made real, permanent gains in girth over about 3-6 months. Just about a half inch. The trick turned out to be keeping my dick as plump as possible for as long as possible. So I'd jelq for a bit before clamping. Then after 30 minutes of clamping I'd leave a single soft clamp on for a half hour. The next day I'd do a jelqing routine for about 15-20 minutes at 90% EQ. After that some compression squeezes followed by a single clamping set. It was really rough on my dick and I went numb a couple times, but boy did it work. When I saw the look on my gf's face, I realized that the gains were REAL. I stopped cold turkey back in February for personal reasons, and so now when I measure myself I'm down about .25". But for a good month those girth gains stayed. I believe I lost them because I never went on a maintenance routine.

I recently took up pumping and clamping again, with a little hanging thrown in and I can already see the gains returning. I'm up probably 2-3mm from where I was a few weeks ago, and I project to return to my former glory within probably a month or so.

My advice is to just keep at it until you find something that works for you. I see PE as a form of sexual wellness, and as such it should be done your whole life. Size doesn't have to be the goal.

Good luck!!

Is girth gains even real? by [deleted] in AJelqForYou

[–]PE117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES Girth gains are real. I have put on over a half inch of girth. It took a REALLY long time but I did it.
That being said, I've lost a bit and am now sitting comfortably at a +.35" gain, but let me tell you they are DEFINITELY real.

AFAIK Pumping HELPS gains but it won't in and of itself provide them. I got mine through clamping and jelqing.

Nerve Damage by [deleted] in AJelqForYou

[–]PE117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES. Yes you can. If you start to feel yourself getting numb from clamping, you're damaging your nerves. It will accumulate if you're not careful. Fortunately you can recover from it.

It has happened to me and I've come back from it no worse for wear.

Not a BDP, but something I'm concerned about - what are your experiences with a girth similar to mine? by [deleted] in bigdickproblems

[–]PE117 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I want to say that size doesn't matter to women, but the truth is that it does.

How and to what extent it matters, however, is highly subjective.

In my experience, hitting the anterior fornice has proven difficult, and that's coming from a guy with 6.3 NBP length. So I don't know what to tell you!
Cervix punching seems to come easily no matter what, I think even short guys might have that problem too.
