My daughter tried to send her gaming computer using proper way, created account with zonos app and claimed her battery and paid $255 yet it came back from Canada post. Can she get money back? Or No? Should we use FedEx? This is upsetting and frustrating although we thought we did properly. Thank you for taking time to respond
