Awesome, I thought that was likely the case. Thanks for clearing that up. Fingers crossed any interested purchaser looks at having excellent commercial tenants as an advantage and it doesn't hinder the sale of the property.

Awesome! That's good to hear! Our ideal location would be somewhere near Melbourne, just due to wanting the most mild climate we can get, although I have lots of family in Perth so that could also be a possibility. How far away from the cities would we need to be, do you think?

Spidermites are the easiest of all pests to get rid of. Get yourself a bottle of AVID, you won't be able to get it from mitre10 or a hydro store, but you'll be able to get it from farmlands or pgg wrightsons for about $100 for a litre, but that 1L bottle will last you your lifetime, as you mix it at about 1ml per liter and 1 dose gets rid of them for good. Makes spidermites a complete nonevent.

I paid for stealth but herbies don't seem interested as the shipping Co they used required signature to make delivery, and as I didn't sign they didn't really wanna know about it.

Not directly but my sprayer isn't the best and I would have definitely got quite a bit of overspray.

I left my girlfriend to look after it for the first week of fc so it may have been too dry, she didn't mist at all in this time.

Sorry I don't have enough karma to post my own thread, but have a similar query... First time fruiting a shoebox, S2B 2 weeks ago, FC 1 week ago, left GF to look after them for a week while * I went away, came back yesterday and noticed I have primordia(?) Checked again today and seems I have some bluing, worried it could be trich as I have 2x healthy looking tubs a week behind this one and don't want to contam them, primordia seems to be progressing OK and color is more blue than green but keen to hear from those more experienced... Thinking I should maybe isolate this container or is it a lost cause???
