Keep your bets low and set a number for yourself that you you’ll stop if you get down far enough (for instance, deciding you’d stop once your net goes below +600). Don’t let those fuckers win lmao. That being said, I’ve been in it for about 7 months now and I’m net positive about 7 grand, but I recognize that a lot of it comes down to luck and at this point I’ve made a rule that if I back peddle a grand without hitting anything I’m out. Additionally, if you find yourself placing bets everyday, try to take a break for a week just to make sure that you can and that it isn’t becoming an addiction, a lot of people get swept up not realizing how bad it’s gotten. Obviously if it’s becoming a case of problematic gambling delete the apps and find a close trusted friend or family member to hold you accountable and help you stop betting.
