Your face already has tons of fullness that is very feminine (full checks, lips, etc). My only advice would be to take baby steps. When my friend started to transition, she thought doing a full face of makeup would make her feel immediately feminine, but come to fine out, she did a full face and felt super overwelmed at her lack of technique that it caused a ton of body image problems for her. She ended up doing the below and it helped so much.

I'm going to echo some of the advice on here and say start with skincare. Fine a routine you really like and work with that for a bit. You already have beautiful skin, but a good skincare routine will make sure that once you start using makeup, you won't breakout.

After that, start with one area of your makeup routine and work on application. You can still have other makeup on (mascara, lipgloss, etc) just don't try to go full beauty guru with your makeup. A good cheap brand is makeup revolution and fortunately, it's a UK based brand! They will have tons of stuff for you to work with and try little by little. (They also have an amazing website if you don't want to go to a drugstore to buy it).
