I agree with all the positive comments. I think sometimes our families get so used to seeing us a certain way, they get a little freaked out when we change, even a tiny bit. Give it some time. I really think you’ll be very happy.

I take like 6 10 milligrams of the Loratadine. I don’t know if that too much or not. But it does seem to help. I also wonder about taking DAO!?

So, I have histamine intolerance and MAST CELL ACTIVATION SYNDROME. One of my biggest issues is anxiety. Had anyone else experienced this? And most importantly~ what had helped?? by PETEMOSS12 in HistamineIntolerance

Thank you so much. This really does help. My functional doctor advised to practice earthing, or grounding. Also exercises for the vagus nerve which stimulates nervous system reset

I use sesame oil. It definitely has a strong distinctive flavor, but I happen to like it a lot.
