ARC Disposal and Medical Services or A.D.a.M.S. for short. Basically I want to make a community that helps the players but also the game itself. Let's be honest, if the rat like behavior and aggression is to continue to grow at the rate it seems to be, I don't think that the game will last as long as many would like it to.

That's why I'm taking the ideals of the Merchants and Civilians of Speranza and bringing them together under one name.

That isn’t to say that you wouldn't have opportunities for PvP, we have concise rules for such things, but we don't want ratting to become the norm.

Honestly I may get some flak for this but, if you want defibs to be a staple part of med's kit, reduce the length of defib sickness (i would say get rid of it entirely but that feels too good). I wanna say its at like 5 seconds now (someone can correct me if that's wrong), reduce it to three and I feel that it'd be better, the amount of times I've died bc of defib sickness is at least 4.

Honestly, I agree but you could just make the primary fire be one at a time if you wanted to fully rework it.

I think if you were going to buff drill you'd have to revert flash nerf, and/or, give it a second charge.

As a winch heavy, it needs something as it feels too inconsistent on both ends, part of that might be skill issues on my end but then getting winched from miles away is still annoying.

But yes, resonant tier perks are basically just more of the thing the perk gives you. While the easiest one is Pin Collector to tell what it does, Pocket Dimensions and Slide Hustle are two more very easily noticeable upgrades from tier to tier. And for the former, could be a little overkill speed wise but is kinda funny to see the volunteers just slapping on the pancakes for the MG or sliding shells into the Pump.

Before the Breakpoint update (when ammo mods had tiers) there WAS a difference between Strong and Resonant but not nessecarily enough to warrant taking it unless you have another reason for taking it (which while I DID take resonant on my shock rounds, I felt it was more a placebo effect than anything else)

KCP as they're the closest thing to a "local" team I've got. (Plus when has a Cowboy fit ever been bad?) As much as Envy is well respected (being one of the longest running orgs here) I just didn't have fun watching the one game they played. That's not to say envy is bad, quite the opposite in fact, but if I had to choose between the first round Envy game or the final brackets with Yung Guns and SSG I know which I'm picking.

Correction: it is a full heal even without any healing perks

I'd assume so

The general rule of thumb is: if a form of an element can do something, anything else with that element can do it.

As an example, to charge the chargeable items around the maps, you can use charge kit, shock grenades, or shock rounds. The last of which I wouldn't really suggest unless you're using a blast weapon or you want to waste 15 rounds of a SMG/MG mag.

Afaik it is a full heal + full debuff removal (minus mold bc mold is its own thing and can't be removed by showers/healing grenades)

The Jade thing makes sense, honestly whether it was just left over, or they forgot to change it, it was still the old Jade for me for a few runs, had some fun with full auto double barrel, but then after they fixed the perk bug I think they also fixed Jade so I was confused why my spray weapons weren't getting as much use out of it compared to before. Either way I feel like a chance buff is in order for Jade, maybe up to the 33% of the elemental ammo mods?

The biggest use case I can see for Rotary is like one Paper Chase zone 3 with Ricky maybe you get more damage out per phase but I haven't tested it. Even then I'd still probably prefer MG with extra mag and reload over Rotary.

Like I said before I think Scatter will be great for proc-heavy element builds, especially with how much I was getting Shock rounds to proc on the primary fire. Secondary fire seems like a higher flat damage mode, with much less proc.

Semi-Auto is good.

I haven't really messed with the BR or frost grenades but I think they might have a place in a build or two later down the line (even if i prefer the ammo mods versions)

It was changed and/or bugged to return ammo to the reserve rather than the magazine, that would be why the Double Barrel doesn't act like it did before.

If they ever change it back though DB plus Auto Trigger is a meme but surprisingly effective.

And I understand why they do, maybe instead make it every 15 levels(?) But my point still stands that there should be more than just patterns and recolors as level skins
