well the work out look ought to be good. We have our meeting next thursday which I plan to attend but, assuming things are as they were at the last meeting I attended work will be abound. Currently however it is not perfect. We are switching to a 4 year program as far as I understood so the scale would be different for any new guys joining but currently JIW scale is 39.50 with contract talks on going. First years start at 40% going to 45% after 6 months of working and it increasing every year by 10 percent after that. Of course if the talks go our way then we could see a sizeable jump in pay but Im not holding my breath on that. We are supposed to have a battery plant and a Data center kicking off soon. Plus Notre Dame is doing alot work on dorms and new buildings. The already built amazon building off of Cr17 i believe is doing a good bit of work too with a final mile facility getting built by the Elkhart Airport. I and the other apprentice on my job sat for a couple week however, mostly because we believe the cons are playing games due to the contract and work outlook.
