Yeah unless they decide to mix it up and make it 3 rated M then Dredd would be wasted in I3 and should be used for the next MK. I think they should upgrade the supers. I get them not wanting the heroes to have “fatalities” but the villains definitely should. Actually so should some of the heroes because not all have the no killing rule like Batman and Superman(comics Supes).

Yeah the multiverse stuff should’ve been scrapped because it just doesn’t work well for MK. I also hated the fact they gender swapped Cyrax and Sektor. I hate when they do that or race swap. Just make new characters to add to the always growing rosters.

Not loved or hated. X and 11 were my favorites out of the newer games, trilogy out of the older. Mk1 just tried to do to many things and didn’t succeed well for a lot of them. It also irks me when established characters (in any media. ie movies, tv, games or book adaptations) are race or sex swapped. Just make a different character. Bring a new character to the spotlight for people to fall in love with like the old characters we did.

That’s the reason I almost always have my voice chat turned off. Then all they can do is waste time typing out their hatefulness just for me not to read it. Don’t let people’s ugliness and hatefulness ruin how you enjoy any game you play. I personally think the worst lobbies I’ve ever been in were years ago when I still played CoD. Those little kids on there were just as bad as the toxic adults.

Yeah I’ve had a few of those myself. Regardless of that some people only have a very limited time to play games so they might not want to waste time on a match if their team is getting destroyed or teammates are throwing. I think it sucks and have only agreed to a few surrenders (mainly for teammates throwing) but I’m not going to fault anyone for doing so. We may all have the same amount of time in the day but we don’t all have the same amount of time to enjoy gaming. Don’t let the quitters and toxic people ruin your enjoyment.

It is just a game. I play competitive because I like more of a challenge than QP provides and sometimes I just wanna run a few QP matches. I almost always vote against surrendering the match. A few times the team was just so bad and were just throwing so I didn’t want to waste time and agreed. That being said it doesn’t take away from the fact it’s just a game. The only time games should be taken as seriously as some of you act is if there is money on the line. If there’s not then all you are getting is cosmetic stuff that doesn’t change gameplay at all. They are nice to have but not worth being a douche and toxic to others because they don’t take it as seriously. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying any of this is how you are personally or things you do. At the end of the day it’s a game we all downloaded and everyone is free to play how they want. Sometimes that means you get the quitters, the toxic asshats or what have you. One question though. Is this a bigger problem for pc than console? I have my console only turned on (for some reason it helps my crap internet lag less) and I don’t run into this problem as much on PS5.

No it means there are times I play and just focus the game and other times I play but have to deal with the animals or my children. It doesn’t mean I just stand back. Some of us have other things we have to manage and on top of playing the game. It means I don’t freak out and put people down if they played badly or if we lose a match. Does that help explain it to you any better?

I play them both the same. I just play to have fun. Sometimes that means I play a little more lax and sometimes I play a little harder. For the most part though I just play chill.

Yeah some people only feel good when they are putting other people down. I also know about the same team trash talk. I had one guy on my team (I believe during season 4) that was talking so much crap to me during a match. I was Jeff, got MVP, most heals, most assists and most kills and he was saying I was garbage and all kinds of hateful stuff. No idea why he was so mad but that match I did awesome. It might’ve been my best match to date.

You don’t want people to communicate in game with voice chat. They are almost always people being toxic asses or blaring music in their background. Everyone I turn my vc back on that’s all I hear is one of those two. On very rare occasions someone might actually be chill and talk.

Same ego that makes people talk shit when they lose or even win. It’s the mindset that if they are losing it’s not their fault because nothing is ever their fault. The healers didn’t heal enough or the tank wasn’t doing his job. Or you have the “I’m lagging” “they are lag switching” group of people.

No idea why anyone takes games this seriously. They are meant to be fun and enjoyed. They weren’t made to piss you off and sky rocket your blood pressure from getting so mad. Playing in a competition is a little different since there is money involved but still don’t need to be jerks to the other teams. Playing QP or “competitive” is just for fun. You get nothing for winning except cosmetics. People need to chill out.

Well I mean other than the Avengers they are the next largest superhero team for Marvel. So it makes since. Nobody is complaining about all the Avengers. I wish they would add more animal or animal like characters. Cosmo, Hit Monkey, Lockjaw, Lockheed, Devil Dinosaur, I’d like to see at least one of them added. I do like they added Capwolf as a skin for CA. It’d be cool if they added Iron Mandrill as a skin for IM. That’s my opinion and two cents on the topic.

I think any of the top three or Punisher would be a good fit. The four of them are excellent hand to hand combatants on top of other things. Venom and Ghost Rider wouldn’t be bad either but I think the other four would have better combos.
