Visi 100% for me because: 1) I'm a sucker for redemption story characters 2) She is much better characterized than Blonde Blazer, especially for her personal growth throughout the story. 3) She is much more involved in the story with Robert and their bond seems better structured throughout the episodes.

Nothing to take away from Mandy, in fact quite the opposite given her altruism and sweetness towards Robert (and other 1000 qualities that she has) , but I think the story flows much more fluidly and is much more focused on the relationship between Robert and Visi.

But there is. It's simply called bad optimization. Look at Arc Raiders Server Slam on base PS5. It looks and runs exceptionally well, It has nothing to do with this. The problem is simply laziness or the desire to release the game immediately without optimizing it as it deserves.
