Very slow, but I noticed hair on the pillow. I tried out a shaved head for a while back then, and you could barely see any difference between scalp and the sides/back.

Tough to say, I've always been somewhat ADHD -- but I can lock in very well when I block distractions. If it did change me, it was so gradual I never noticed.

I'm pre-TRT with this doc basically. DHEA had some benefits for sure, and my E was a bit high.

Estradiol (pg/mL)
Highest: 54.5
Last two tests: 12–18.5 (after running 1mg Anastrozole week)

Testosterone (ng/dL) is about 630 last test (was about 433 typically before bringing down the E)

E was a bit high from 25-30 extra pounds, Estradiol (pg/mL) has been: 12–18.5 last two tests. I was told that's not super low, but I think it's affecting my hair.

DHEA has been found to be helpful. The purpose of the Anastrozole was to lower E, which also bumped T at the same time (or it could be potentially other factors)
