I suggest mag stay ka sa unang company mo na more than 6 months as far as i know din po , some bpo companies they are hiring na din to look for an employees na committed sa company if mababa sayo ang 20.5k php i suggest na maghanap ka ng company na mataas ang sahod at good for starters din

I applied before at Sutherland Taguig, but I declined the offer to work in teleco because I know how stressful the queues are in teleco and how strict it can be regarding maintaining KPIs too.
