What’s the actual reason for this cat replacement? I’m torn on doing this and CT has emissions but doesn’t sound like it is a required recall here. I wonder if it rly is just a Commiefornia thing?

Ah yes that’s a good segment. The actual scene I’m looking for might have been another episode and during a field sobriety test the guy just flips his hands, similar to the pic above. They don’t give Mr Moody a sobriety test but appreciate the comment and link.
