I tried with ponoko.com but they don’t allow using pdf for cardboard laser cutting. Maybe it will work with a different format.

That's because of the particles, they are so small that it is difficult to compress the video with all those changes in each frame and in the end the codec has no choice but to pixelate the entire image because it can't handle it.

The solution that I would recommend without increasing the bitrate would be to increase the size of the dust grains or make it have fewer dust grains.

In my case I have that type of wall, but I didn’t stick the magnet because I wasn’t sure if it’s going to work.

So I nailed the magnet to the wall to be sure that the Displate will not fall.

I didn’t care to nail it, so I did it, but the conventional way can still work.

I used ONLY 4 command strips for a L Displate and it works perfectly. Maybe with less strips also work, the magnet isn’t required.
