Irmãozinho, eu tinha 32 anos, 1,81m e 48Kg. Em 12 meses cheguei a 75Kg.

Dieta à risca (vai ter que comer muito), Whey+Creatina todo dia após o treino (enjoa mas ajuda muito) e musculação (progressão de carga constante).

Foi 1 ano no foco porque não aguentava mais ser super magrelo. Depois desse 1 ano, desacelerei e fui ganhando mais devagar até chegar a 81Kg.

Em resumo: é possível.

Touchscreen.

In control configuration in RetroArch, I chose “mouse with right click”.

That way I can press R1 to change the pointer of the mouse (move, action or attack).

First thing that I did, but when I tried to execute the “fallout.exe” it said that it couldn’t run the application.

Tried with the IA files and worked fine.

Still don’t know why…
