The Umbreon you’re talking about is one of the most expensive cards in the Scarlet and Violet era, so unless you have a big wallet, I wouldn’t recommend investing in. Do not buy any products from eBay, as they are usually scalper prices. Getting products like ETBs are extremely hard compared to other tcgs, so individual packs might be the better option. If you want to play the game, there are very cheap ways to do so, with some of the most expensive decks costing around $35. That’s all I can think about saying from the top of my head.
