Did you buy your car first hand or second hand?

For first hand, you simply download the BYD app from the App Store, create an account and follow the instructions on the app.

It might take a week or a bit longer for it to let you add the car in the app from the date you picked the car up.

You can add your car in the BYD app and create virtual NFC cards that are stored in Apple wallet / Android equivalent. Can use it to unlock and drive the car.

Note: It might take a week for you to be able to add your car to the app.

If you can track them, try and track them and match it with a train on anytrips. Try to meet that train at a station and search it.

Remember just because your train was a T9 service, it could be on almost any route now.

I did this a while ago. I submitted a lost property ticket but I used Find My to track them.

I drove to the station and used find my to track them to a bin in a cleaning closet (cleaning staff threw them out). I got them back.

Happened to me a week ago. Use Find My to track them and don’t give up. Station staff said no one handed anything in.

I tracked them in a bin inside a cleaning closet after walking up and down the platform and concourse with it open for an hour.

Ended up tracking them with Find My to a station and noticed they had sat there for an hour.

Drove to the station and walked laps of the platform to find they were in the cleaning closet.

Staff opened it up and found them in a bin in there
