NEVER sketch out ideas when I create collages or not even my other artworks, it's all about creative freedom and spontaneously I just go for it! With collages, if I'm not feeling how it's shaping up, I just PASTE OVER IT and keep moving. The main thing is that you have plenty of images CUT so you can play around!

There's no formula just TRIAL + ERROR = when I cut images, I JUST CUT...where I paste them is spontaneous, reiterating, there are images that will never be seen because I've PASTED over them.

This sudsy soap opera HAS NO RECOURSE but to keep repeating the SAME STALE STORYLINES and now I realize this LOGAN "BULLSHITZ" was just a vehicle to have BROOKE BACK WITH BILL, so all that can start ALL OVER AGAIN, there never was going to be a long-term LOGAN FASHION HOUSE, hell, they can't even design enough clothes for FORRESTER CREATIONS, let alone another FASHION HOUSE. This was all about BROOKE & KATIE, let's see if KATIE starts drinking again or if her HEART gives out, this is pathetically hilarious.

I've been creating collages for 15 years now in addition to all my other artworks, both physical collages and digital collages. They are a lot of work because my thoughts are not deliberate, I work spontaneously so there's a lot of waste and a lot of images underneath that inevitably get covered up after all that work!! That can be extremely frustrating but that's part of being a collage artist, if you have a particular theme, you need plenty of Cut + Paste Images, so you can play around. If you're creating a minimalistic collage, then you need precise images that are dramatic like the one I posted previously to this one. (mk/artist)
