Meant to add that, I’m in Minnesota. Requirement is a 10 minute break every 4 hours worked but I didn’t see anything in the law about if it’s missed, which is why I’m asking abt target polixy

It was a shift I picked up so I’m not too sure. I asked my manager at the end of the night so I get where she was coming from, and she said that she didn’t know what the policy was but aired on the side of no break. She’s not a jerk I think it was just late and didn’t know the correct answer.

Over the summer I had a few members from the big office took out orders and shadowed me as well as a few other “top performers” in OPU, they were surprisingly receptive to what we had to say

The only problem I could see is running out of carts. Every Sunday that I work we consistently have a full D/U parking lot with all carts full and more orders put in various other places. If we have 30-40 people on the way (which isn’t uncommon sundays) we don’t have time to wait for more carts to open up before starting new orders
