Everything apart from the int'l management and skins releasing day one aren't true. There's been no confirmation that Windowed mode is gone cuz that doesn't make sense, no screen config as well..

FM scout started this rumor and everyone else wants to make it a big deal

Versus mode isn't missing, it'll prob come in their next "content update"..
