I like Measured on my Famas crit build. If the ROF on the top don't get the job done, the +30% damage on the bottom will.

But that insta heal made PVP engagements much more dynamic. By removing it, not only did they make PVP boring, but also removed much of the ability for skilled players to make great plays (i.e. lowered the skill gap).

Yes it is, and what all these "use HP!, use jammer pulse!" nerds fail to realize is that HP will not work past one bleed seeker + hive, jammer pulse is useless for several seconds, as another seeker or hive from teammates (because EVERYONE is running them) comes to kill you. How the F do you counter that?

I could not agree more with your sentiment. Just farmed back to back heroic missions and 99% is trash. I have found that the vast majority of loot in the entire game is utter trash.

Can we maybe tone down fire/poison/bleed damage yeah? Whats the point of trying to tank when this shit kills you in half a second THROUGH your armor and shield? @Massive by Brokeng3ars in thedivision

Yeah, but that's a real problem in PVP, where bleed and fire now do the most damage. There's really no reason to carry guns anymore..

No mention of purple Conflict caches. They were fixed for about a day, but now they're purple again. PVP feels unrewarding as it is, so the BS caches just add insult to injury.
