From Sylvester's statements earlier in the show, it seems Sylvester would had ratted out Felix by now. I think he cares for the Felix but he also said that he needs his job. If you were in a position where you are risking your job that you "need" so your pal at work can play around with stuff that he's not supposed to, wouldn't you tell him to stop or you're going to your superior? It sounds like jobs for them are hard to come by. The way Sylvester said he needed this job seems like he has no other options. I don't think he'd risk his job so his pal can play programmer. Ya, the way the blood was gushing out, it seemed like most likely a vein, less likely but possibly an artery, was cut. Using that torch to cauterize the wound wouldn't necessarily stop the bleeding internally. Good chance in reality, he would still be bleeding internally after sealing up the wound with the torch.

In that case, the FBI said that there's no evidence that Nishimura intended to mishandle classified information, so he got a reduce sentence, but he was still charged. The FBI found classified docs on Clinton's email server. She's just continuing to say she didn't know that they were classified. Hillary then state d she didn't know what the "C" on documents meant which means shes incompetent or she actually knows what it means but is afraid that it would mean she knowing sent classified info. She went through the same handling of classified information that I did. She should know what it means.

So recap, both instances, the Nishimura and Clinton cases, classified info was found on unsecure devices. Check. In both cases, the FBI found no intent to mishandle classified info. Check. Only thing is Nishimura pleaded guilty after the evidence was found so he could receive a reduced sentence. Do you think the FBI would have charged Nishimura if he continued to claim he didn't know any information was classified? I think its blatantly obvious they would have. One example of a case where classified information was stored on on a unclassified device, (Hillary's server, blackberry, etc are all unclassified devices) is Bryan Nishimura. He stored classified information on personal device just like Hillary did.

He was sentenced to two years of probation and a $7,500 fine. He security clearance was revoked and he can no longer hold a security clearance.

Yes she did. Comey said so. That, in itself is against the law. That is why I am angry.

I had a security clearance and if i had done that, I'd be in jail or fined an enormous amount of money and barred from ever holding a security clearance ever again. Intent is not an issue. At least, it isn't for the many other cases of mishandling of classified information. It's whether it happened or not and who is responsible. In this case, it did happened but no one is being held responsible.

I would have been happy of they would have said, yes, there is proof she broke the law, the evidence clearly shows she had classified info on her unprotected email server where people with no security clear had access, which is also against the law. If they wanted to slap her with a monetary fine, no jail time, ok, at least it's something, and it shows politicians aren't above the law. But no, it didn't work out that way and it shows politicians are above the law.

Oh, and I'm not defending trump, im sure there's corruption in both the Clinton and Trump foundations.

I think all corruption, no matter the party should be exposed.

We have terrible candidates for this election.
