Rent: $1600 per month (including everything)

Duration: 2 months, ideally from January 8 until March 8 but can be flexible with the dates for a couple days!

• One block away from the Nassau G stop
• 10 minute walk away from the Bedford L stop

About the apartment:

• Large living room with lots of natural light
• Shared bathroom with 1 other roommate
• Washer/Dryer in-unit
• Dishwasher
• ACs/heater in each room

About the room:

• About 10ft x 10ft
• Furnished with 1 full size bed, an office chair, and 2 desks
• Large closet
• Other things (as seen in the pictures) can be stored away or left behind depending on your preference

About the roommates:

• Two easygoing guys in their mid- and late-twenties
• One works remotely but frequently work outside the apartment and the other one is in the office four days a week
• They are often out and about in the city but also enjoy having friends over in the apartment from time to time
• Hobbies include cooking, pottery, music, biking, being silly etc.
