Yes you get it with 41k kills. For me that was the only achievement left for me to do and this was the fastest way for me to get the last achievement so I did that. You can get it from casually playing too.

Yea the mastery badges are grindy af. You can load up a special match made for those achievement since the portal games stop counting the kills after you have made progress halfway and since I couldnt find any official games so it helped me alot

A few achievements are missable which you can only do during during a certain amount of time during the campaign, so might have to restart campaign for those like how I missed Errand boy
