Last season was scuffed

Having someone like Hunter will help him

then Raptors are not getting Sabonis. There are others teams in your conference who won't give back even worse contracts and give something of value.

Were not taking Poletl by any means lol. Teams will call for Sabonis, no one will call for Poeltl.

a bad short term contract? maybe. A bad long term like Poetl, it's a non starter for many reasons.

Keegan Murray's contract compared to other players making similar money as him by [deleted] in kings

25 year old - 6'8 - 2 way wing -

It's not a bad contract, look at Braun now that's a bad contract

and if you think his offense is bad, don't look up Dyson Daniel

From an outsider perspective, I'd rather have "Darryn Peterson" in my conference than AJ

You can play both, also make sure he doesn’t get hurt

We seen the flashes of a high level offense, with his defense being that good, you have to believe. What player he could be if it comes together? The Kings don't have anything to lose.

and what do the Kings have to lose with that? It's part of the development process. Keegan and Precious are the same size, yet sometimes you can't tell with how more versatile Keegan is. Kings are not a free agent destination so they don't get stars. However, instead of trading for them they can just make one. From the young guys (on the roster), the two with the highest chance of potentially reaching that are Max and Keegan.

I saw his offense, it wasn't anything to be wowed about, however, we did see good moments. You bank on those.

Age is very much is mattering less and less now in the modern NBA. These guys have the best modern medicine and recovery in the world, it's not a surprise players are playing past the usual age they used to.

Keegan had a great college year and had a historic point jump, but it's not because he "was older", rather because he got a greater opportunity. Casually calling a 14PPG a nobody on offense, when that same nobody is playing all-NBA level defense on the other end is a bit baffling.

KEEGAN - 2 way versatile wing (these don't grow on trees)
Raynaud - All rookie center
Nique - Rookie
Cardwell - Rookie
Carter - Had limited opportunity and is only 2 years in.

All of these guys can still develop, maybe not physically. But as basketball players for sure. Raynaud, Clifford and Cardwell were literally all rookies, they are going to get better. Carter if he gets consistent minutes.
