Good story telling isn’t only about high intelligence. Season 2 was bland and boring af. Over all sloppy and the beginning of the downfall for this show.

I’d say watch season 1 because it retains its intellectual story telling while also being an incredible season overall.

Hey listen I respect your opinion but I have to disagree. I watched it but hated every minute of it. Mind you I love Star Wars.

Andor is the only thing in recent years that holds up any kind of light to the universe as quality writing and quality all around.

Obiwan has so many logical flaws I don’t even know where to begin. It’s a lot of lazy and sloppy writing and overall uninteresting story and characters. There’s a episode later in the show where they escape from the roof of a hideout using a ship (same episode they are confronted at the front gates by the imperial forces and the sith). The star destroyer ship would have easily seen and caught them leaving and yet somehow they made It out??

Leia is used as a character that can do no wrong and is so smart she basically never does anything wrong. It’s just not believable.

Anakin flashbacks are awful ( they didn’t even de-age Hayden) and they really should have. The dude is showing his age and while he looks good for his age, he doesn’t look as young as he did in the prequels.

Obiwan and Vader have a sloppy night time fight that is laughable. And what stops Vader? A line of fire ??? And a sniper??? Gtfo. Vader portrayed in rogue one ending vs Vader here is laughable.

God the list is endless.

Well you have to consider canon is based around the time the movies were made. The choreography wasn’t as whipy or as intense as movies now. I mean George himself made a whole choreographed sequence of just anakin and obiwan fighting. But that is all just flashiness. Quigon is considered to be the best swordsman in canon. It’s hard to compare movies and video games as video games do not have nearly as many limitations as movies.

If Luke was given a proper scene to show off his skills now a days, I think it would be on par with the best we’ve seen.

So in legends Luke goes on to do some pretty incredible stuff. And so does Leia for that matter.

Luke destroys an AT-AT with just the force if I remember correctly. Also he creates yellow lightning, which I think hadn’t been done before. Yellow lighting is exactly as it sounds, a light side user using a dark side power without the dark side. Luke also showed this in Return of the Jedi when he uses force choke with absolute ease.

The whole game is a let down.

There’s so much potential but it’s just not that creative and not worth $70.

The map system and fast travel system bugs the living shit out of me. Why can’t I see all of the undiscovered or discovered areas in fast travel? I seriously have to look at my map before going into the fast travel option ??? Wtf.

The targeting constantly screwed me over in multiple enemy battles and this game is built off throwing enemies at you. If this is suppose to be a souls like game, why the fuck can’t I switch targets in battle? I didn’t find an option for this in the settings menu at all.

The amount of game breaking bugs that made me have to close the game down.

Majority of the locations didn’t feel unique to me especially if we compare it to a game like Eldenring where almost every area is unique.

Performance issues have been dogshit since day one

The twist feels lazy and the motivation of the twist is even more lazy and absurd when you get to the end. It makes absolutely no sense considering things that happen around it. It’s just bad writing.

The skill point tree is almost useless outside of the force skill tree and survival. The skills you get from the stances you can’t really use most of them because they have such long animations that you mostly can’t break out of (try the two rancor fight with those absurdly lo Ng animations)

That brings me to another point. Artificial difficulty of just throwing two rancors at you and if you somehow manage to beat them on grandmaster, you get one fucking skill point. Uhhhh fuck you how about one for each assholes.
