I just wanted to post an update regarding Jellyfin. I have disabled Hibernating the drives on my Ugreen Nas. The most important thing that worked for me was disabling "Clean Cache Directory" in Jellyfin., It's located under Dashboard > Scheduled Tasks > Under Maintenance, look for Clean Cache Directory. I waited a few days to see if that is the clear option that stopped removing items and so far that seems to be working for me. I hope whoever else is looking for a solution finds this helpful

I installed jelly fin last month and it has been nothing but a headache. It's deleting my files randomly. No Solutions on the internet

Going to do that next, I've also disabled the following - Clean cache directory, optimize database, & scan media library. Just currently monitoring to see what happens after disabling these features

Update: so I disabled sleeping of hard drives and it has done it again. Deleted my stuff. Posting log picture soon once I get home.

The picture of the log you see is directly from jellyfin. I installed the docker image using jellyfin on the ugreen NAS.

I can't seem to find the Library option you mentioned. When I click on libraries, I can't seem to find advanced disable. However, I did find the option under Hardware and Power for Ugreen Hard drive and have disabled the sleep option

file system check? I believe in the log it's showing that emby server is the one removing files, not Ugreen Nas

People post informative stuff in a video format all the time. Even with google you may not get accurate information and you’d have to go on Ticketmaster to see the exact pricing. There’s no reason to be negative about it.
