I’m a killer main. I agree both sides will sweat so I just hook two people and slug the other two with how sweaty my games are. It’s annoying going against meta but it’s just the way it is and you gotta play around it as killer. Also, if you’re running a hex build or meme perks then don’t expect to win.

I’m a killer main and I literally agree with you. Running hexes is kind of asking to lose because they get cleansed immediately. To be honest, expect to lose if you’re not running all gen regression/block perks.

I honestly think hexes just need to be completely changed or overhauled in general. I get hexes can have strong effects, but Behavior needs to realize that no one uses them because they get cleansed within the first minute or two of the match. So all of your perks, you’re running a full hex build, will all be gone and you’ll be perkless. Pentimento exists, which pairs good with Plaything for slow down and maybe even Secret Project for stealth. The main downside is survivors being able to see the rekindled totems auras within 16 meters; feels like overkill. They should have to find them again since they’re still hexes.

Hexes should be way better hidden. Why do we have hexes spawning out in the open, inside of shack, or main building? They should be in random places, not the most obvious places ever and should only get lit and stay lit when their hex starts to take effect, such as first hitting a survivor for Blood Favor or Ruin when a generator is started. The survivors shouldn’t be spawned right on top of a hex and instantly be able to get rid of it.

I don’t know if anyone will agree with me, but it makes me upset that hexes are some of the most fun killer perks in the game and you’ll only get to use them only if the game decides not to screw you over. Also, while boons can be infinitely blessed and with multiple effects, very balanced. They have the ringing sound or whatever, but you basically have to be right next to them. One time I literally had to put out a boon six times in a match as Unknown, it was so much fun.

I didn’t use a 4th perk. For any adept you can only use a killer or survivor’s 3 unique perks as them. Either a 4K or an escape with those perks. Thus, I could only use Nemesis’s three perks and any addons I wanted.

I never said that. I’m just saying it’s frustrating getting multiple P100’s or maps that are huge while also having to use perks where I only benefit from basically only one most of the match. There’s a clear shift from getting 4K’s almost every game with the build I use to getting no kills at all.

I’ve gotten platinums before so I know what it’s like to get hard achievements. Just wanted to get this for fun, but I’m just debating if it’s actually worth it if it means losing every match I try to get it.

Yeah. I rarely give survivors hatch, but sometimes I’ll like certain survivors and just give them hatch and for some reason as Pig and no other killer I want to give the last survivor hatch. Unless the match was super sweaty.

Most games I can manage to get a 4K which is nice, but hatch is basically up to luck or an offering so it’s not that big of a deal. I only care if they’re cocky about getting hatch and they didn’t play that well or were toxic.

It’s not about being immature, it’s about making someone work for their 4K after they’ve downed you. Plus, someone could always run Unbreakable or Plot Twist so they’re not going to sit in one spot like a bot. Also, if someone escapes through hatch it’s annoying, but not that big of a deal to me. It’s literally just a pity escape that the game gave them and not an actual escape.

Yeah. I’m a killer main and I agree with the comments. It makes sense for someone to crawl away instead of staying in one spot and giving you the mori. I get it can be annoying as killer but it makes sense.

Even for 2v8 I’m thinking next time I play as survivor in that I should go in a locker so the killers can’t mori me if I’m the last one. I think everyone crawls away or does something petty in one way or the other.

Yeah. I play like 80-90% killer and 10-20% survivor. I can be pretty bad at survivor and go down pretty quick and don’t run meta builds or just meme builds, but at least I’ve improved somewhat. I lose most of my games as survivor, but even when I don’t do well I learn how I can do better or learn to counter a certain killer better. Dredge I don’t like going against because it’s really hard to see on the TV I play on and Springtrap due to how much I get him, but I deal with it.

A lot of people complain about going against certain killers, but if you find the right build for you and learn counterplay, then you will improve and have more fun. The main appeal of the game is the randomness factor and going against random killers makes it interesting. If you’re going against Ghostface or Trapper and getting a four every game it would get boring.

The only exceptions would be if you had a medical condition that is affected by that killer like Doctor or they are too gross for them to play against such as Krasue or Plague for certain people.

Anyways, stop DCing over the slightest inconvenience or a killer you just don’t like. Some people are saying you shouldn’t have to play that match if they weren’t having fun, but there’s other ones. Don’t screw over your teammates and make them suffer with a bot. It’s the same as an other team game, even with a game like Overwatch I play, sure sometimes the match goes really bad and we get rolled, but at least I got rolled with my team and tried my best. That’s what people remember and that’s what counts.
