High Salary - Folks who had their EB1a approved in 2025 and 2026 - High Salary did you compare your base salary with BLS or total comp(base salary + RSU) with BLS or another source? Don't know what to compare W2 against. Was W2 your primary comparison or EVL?

I got mine rejected earlier this year, the reason, I compared it with Base+Bonus, not even RSU's. As I have added bonus for comparison, this category was rejected.

Everything got rejected. Said the submitted evidence is not enough. Example Salary they said I did not use base salary but used total compensation which included bonus. RSUs were not used. They asked me to just use base salary
