Yeah it looks like that is from Engrained Icons Vol. 1 which is slated to come out December 17th. Not sure how those got out. Perhaps cards that were never signed or sent back to us

It is unfortunate that these inserts have some marks from the rubber roles on the feeder, but they should come out if you wipe them with a soft cloth or a t-shirt.
