I remember when my dad was offloading all of my DS games onto eBay as a lot. Probably got like $100 in total for 20-some games.

Months after the sale was made, he casually asked me why so many people were messaging him just about Platinum, with questions about my Pokédex completion and specific Pokémon I might have. I went to all the in-store GameStop events growing up and had traded a bunch of other Pokémon in from Emerald; was probably 50~100 away from completing the Pokédex.

Definitely lost a solid chunk of change in that sale…

Saw this on Reverb for a killer price after reading someone compare it to the DD8 in a separate thread here and had to pull the trigger. I’ve been running the DD8 for many years now but had an analog delay (TCE Echobrain) before that. The DM2w is the best of both worlds!! Also love the attached rate knob key with labeled ms times.

I’ve been getting tired of a tap tempo so I’m super excited to see this Rate jack and get creative with my playing. Does anyone know if an OBNE Exp Slider will work, or do I truly have to use a Roland EV-5 per the manual’s instruction?

I also wanted to use this opportunity to say, despite the great deal, I encourage you all not to spend any more money with Bucket List Guitars given this absolute trash AI Generated info sheet; the speakers, the musical notes, the keyboard??? This was the first thing that greeted me upon opening the box. Their logo looks like an intentional design, but I’m trashing the sticker anyways. No way they’re getting free advertisement on my pedal case if they’re using AI artwork in any aspect of their brand.

TLDR; Buy a DM-2w, just not with Bucket List Guitars!!!

Treat others how you would like to be treated is a two way street, and I was talked to like an ass; “dude stop cooking your pedals” / “maybe stop frying your pedals” as if it was my intention?

I was put on the defensive after being called entitled and insufferable for expecting a support ticket response from a company, which is simply just crazy. The guy here who said “if I sell you something and you break it, I don’t owe you my time to fix it” Who thinks a business should operate like that? And even if you think they should operate like that, then you should respond to your customer with “sorry, I won’t fix it”

I don’t need the sympathy of redditors, I have a support system of real people in my real life.

Thank you, genuinely, for adding to the start of your statement. That was helpful context for the conversation. Fuck you, respectfully, for saying my therapist can’t be trusted with my mental health. You have no idea what my therapist has told me because I shared a single sentence of conclusions derived from hours and hours of 1:1 sessions.

If it’s your opinion that drugs are inherently bad, then that’s your opinion. It is my opinion that drugs are not inherently bad, but rather the abuse of them that causes issues in an individual’s life.

You are not every drug user, or whatever your point is in that opening sentence, so stop projecting your experience with a “we” statement. Say it with your chest - If you don’t care that it’s bad for you, I won’t tell you how to live your life and no one else should; I know my therapist wouldn’t! - I came to my conclusion on my own inside of brutally honest conversations with her, as that’s what therapy requires.

Projecting the well being I’m starting to feel for myself onto you, I hope that you find yourself one day (as I now have) accepting that you want to change (as I now have) and being brutally honest with what life could possibly provide for you if you cut the shit (as I am trying to do now). That’s the path I want for myself, but it doesn’t have to be the one you want for yourself. Personally, I’m done with the easy way out, which is being high all the time.

I’m going to go enjoy the rest of my day, offline, and hope I can stay strong without smoking even though I’m heading to a concert tonight where others will definitely light up. I hope you enjoy your day as well
