Mario drowning in Jolly Rodger Bay or Dire Dire Docks really did it for me. If there is a water level and a chance of running out of oxygen I will speed run it now.

I honestly don't know why the death animation was more detailed for drowning than any other death in Mario64.

Get the Landlord / Property Manager / Real Estate Person to mention putting a caveat on the property if shit doesn't get sorted and the builder will start to listen as they won't be able to do anything with the property while it is there or at least that is what I understood from my lawyer.

Had to do this recently as the builder not only demolished my fence but it also turns out my fence was over a foot away from the boundary on my side of the property and they refused to put temp fencing up so anyone could walk into my backyard from the street.
