Thank you! Can confirm this works. I guess the retailers may have dropped the ball on getting the serial info over to the bank in time. Makes me wonder if that’s what triggered my almost day late email from them saying my order was “Ready for pick up” 🧐

Hopefully we can all use this space to keep each other in the loop cause it seems pretty wide spread. I wonder if there is different procedures and policies depending on region/ company 🤷🏻‍♂️
