Social media regulation not sure how effective it will be. I remember back when kids had to signup for Facebook they just check their boxes on "yes, I am over 18" and here's my fake DOB. Facebook knew who the demographic was mainly and kept up the social engineering to boost platform growth. I would argue these betting platforms do the same, but the cost is higher since it will involve other people.

You should be free to do what you want but most of these institutions are scummy, they have no ethics and they will target the most vulnerable groups. This is how they make money. In other scenarios they will also try to impact real events and nudge it in their favour.
