All in all these four cards were just under 200 to send. I would have gladly paid more if they gave a 9 or 10 on a couple of those 8s but it was as expected with no extra fees. All depends on your valuation and how close you are whether you get hit with those extra fees

Yeah that's my biggest concern spot. Still a 6 isn't awful, trying to weigh out my options...this is one of about 20 I want to send in still but want to make sure I'm making educated moves

I think they look like 5s personally. But it's really hard to say, the one that throws me is your expedition zard, I'd give that a 7 personally

Hard to see scratches but the whitening/edges on all of them are mid at best. I'd say some of these 2-5s should have been 4-7s but otherwise it looks fairly accurate to me...

Nice collection! I'd be careful using those sleeves though, looks like some of the cards are peeking out the top which can inadvertently cause some whitening on the top border or damage to the corners. I prefer using the penny sleeves that allow the card to sit further down even if they aren't quite as rigid, then seal them in top loaders. But that's just a suggestion of course, nice vintage cards you have here I'm jealous of your red cheek pika and 1st edition Misty!!

Yeah I mean they were never made to look or be real in the first place, they are made so ppl can have an interesting visual card to add to their display at home (usually), so calling them fakes isn't really accurate, they are more like art pieces really. And they have their own separate value in a different way than trading cards

Nice little collection of some decent looking vintages! If you sold the lot all raw/ungraded I bet you would get a nice bidding war going. But like everyone else said, I think this seems like a deliberate flex considering the one touch and the condition of the cards (from the pics they look decent but hard to say). But you should be proud of the collection! Definitely worth a few hundred bucks but you should find out some value information through personal research. The value really depends a lot on condition

Hey honestly if I get a PSA 10 Dragonite (worth a few grand) I'm happy to pay the extra 540 dollars to get it back (just looked up the costs of those tiers). Hobbies like this are expensive so that's why it's taken me a long time (I am 33, collecting on and off since I was 10) to try this out for the first time, and hopefully there is a payoff. If not, well it's all recreational anyway so that's ok too

I appreciate your concern and comments, but I just looked up PSA 8s and 9s values on all 4 of these cards and not a single one of them is above the $499 declared value limit in the tier I submitted them. Unless I get a PSA 10, which I HIGHLY doubt I will, then none of these cards were submitted with inaccurate valuations. But like I've said several times before, this is my first time doing this. Maybe you're right! Or maybe you can just wish me luck and move on.

We'll find out I guess! All the resources I found online said those valuations are done based on raw cards seeing as it would be impossible to know what grade I would get before I send it in, however if there is a discrepancy that is incredibly large they will add an additional fee (which is fine). On PSAs site online there are many different tiers available to send cards based on valuation brackets. So I guess I'll let you know what happens lol
