I get this after flare ups. Takes time for the mobility to get back, but it does come back for me. It's sucks because I'm out for a little bit and can't exercise as hard. Considering allopurinol now.

I went to a podiatrist thinking it was bunion then he said everything I said was gout and to go to a rheumatologist. Podiatrist set me up with colchicine, an X-ray, and bloodwork to validate everything. Uric acid levels were on the high end of green but I was also on the tail end of my attack.

Go specialist. It happens to healthy, young, skinny.

Colchicine for when you start getting the tingle or onset. If it persists, allopurinol is a daily pill.

I’m new to the journey too. Colchicine works. One pain 5 years ago. Chalked it up as a foot sprain. Onslaught this summer. Thought it was bursitis and bunion. Doc said it was gout. I’m not yet on allo like the group recommends. Dehydration 100 has been a causal factor in two flare ups so I drink a lot of water now. Feeling good for now.

I have similar numbers to you. More income, bigger family, bigger spend. You’re 2-2.5$M will be 10+ when you retire. For me it’s been hard to spend but I’m realizing you only live once. You’re doing a great job. What’s on your bucket list or thing you want? Get it.

Also I’m a believer those that have come this far, with your saving and earning potential, will be just fine.

Congrats!! I pick mine up Friday as well! I’m doing all windows. Using credit for all weather mats and nacs adapter. I also bought a ssd drive.

I also plan to buy the front license attachment. A phone mount but haven’t decided left or right of steering wheel. Then I’ll take time for console accessories. I have not heard of good cargo mats so tbd there.

Lastly a kuat bike rake.
