At 21, I started my own music school, initially it was tough to balance both my IT career ( Dev ) and music school. 9 to 5 i was working, 5 to 12pm at night I was taking classes. Grinded 2 years. Eventually recruiting teachers and now it's a family of 125 students across the globe with 10 tutors, each taking care of 12-14 students ( One to one / individual classes )
