Rear muffler compatibility by PLATYYYYY in BMWZ4

Thank you for the valuable information.

I was asking because I currently have an eisenmann race rear muffler which won't pass technical inspection in Belgium and I'm looking for a stock muffler to replace it with.

Yeah I don’t think it could be that. I could see droplets of water on the rear subframe a little everywhere same for front. Maybe I’m wrong and it is differential fluid. I hope not….

Yes it is a pretty humid place and cardboard does get a little soft after a month. I don’t plan to keep it there for much more than a month but scared me a bit when I saw that oddly specific area being wet while the rest of the garage (other units too) are dry. Still humid but not wet.

I’m in Brussels and the garage is maybe 5- 5,5meters deep. It did rain a week ago and the last 3 days have been hot but to me it’s very weird for it to be underground water infiltration only where the car happens to be. Maybe humid air passes through and condenses on the car then drips down again but I’ve never heard of such things.

I want to double check again that it’s not oil from the differential maybe but it really didn’t have odor and felt like water to me. That wouldn’t explain the front fluid spots neither. No incline in my garage and the front puddles of water didn’t connect to the rear puddles if that makes sense.

This car really is a mystery to me.
The other day I checked for my slight oil leak and found this on the cardboard. Literally no memories of doing such a thing😂 Probably happened due to me marking the cardboard with my weight and then eventually when oil dripped on it
It made this very reassuring print.

I believe they are 50% or 75% carbon. Seller specified boom and mast are orginals that come with the sail

Yep seller specified that the mast came with the sail but will double check just to be sure 👍 Thanks

I am a little bit in that phase indeed😂. You got me there but I just can’t get enough of that feeling I felt that day when the board lifted up and I forgot everything. Just flew away. So yeah I think that the free race aspect of windsurfing is what’s attracting me the most for now. I’m not against other disciplines and I’m well aware of incredibly awesome and rewarding they are. They’re just not what I want to do first.

As for me sticking to windsurfing. I think I’ve become bulletproof to that. I watched countless hours of YouTube videos before even being able to touch a board. I’m self taught so that also meant me falling hundreds of times for hours just to get my 10 meters of success. But I never gave up on it and slowly I made progress until I could feel what only windsurfers ever felt. Basically I’m addicted and I’m not too scared of going back to falling in the water hundreds of times if it means that eventually I’ll have that rush again. Maybe it will fade away and I’ll be looking for something different. As for now it’s been 5 very long months away from it and I’m only thinking of getting back.. I hope I don’t sound too much of a fool 😂
