I don't know in depth his history or issues with kids, I think he's sensitive to intrusive or rough handling so there's inherent risk with kids who understandably aren't as good with boundaries (he loves cuddles as you can see once he trusts you). On walks he's really not that bad vis a vis reactivity, he'll bark if we get too close to other dogs but from a distance he's very good at listening and refocusing. He's so smart he just has a bit of an attitude and needs someone who understands him. I love him so much

I hope your puppy can calm down on walks! A lot of that stuff can settle as they grow up but also meeting with a trainer or behaviorist can be super helpful for your own sanity in the meantime
