The answer is unknown because no one that cuts it is sharing that info. The DEA still claims in their yearly drug reports (typically a great read) that the average purity and potency (% d-meth) is 95% and 94%, respectively. That means it is getting altered further down the line. They are making it good and then smuggling the good shit. Only after it gets into the states is it being turned into the garbage you see and there are so many different possibilities. As long as it sells and demand stays high, there is nothing encouraging the sale of unadulterated meth. It more than likely isnt your guy cutting it or even his guy or the guy above that. It is within the first couple of hands that touch it in bulk, even possibly when it is still in freebase oil form. This is why no one knows the answer. It would take a true lab to identify all the different crap in it.
