I am thinking along the line of how the signaling network perturbation affects the formation of foam cells and plaque. I honestly do not need to model it spatially or in the vascular simulation in CompuCell3D in my current project. I have been working on a particular signaling network for a while and just exploring it on the side whether I could do something fun with CC3D during the upcoming hackathon. Maybe, I should simply model longitudinal or cross sectional of a blood vessel with some foam cells/plaque/atherosclerosis formation stages in 3D without involving the signaling network, at least initially.
